Get to know Brad
My entire family at my daughter Gianna’s confirmation.
Now that we have a kid old enough to watch the rest of our kids we get out for dates now and then. This photo is us seated on the patio of a local Pizza Place in our neighborhood.
The last day of school for our kids is always marked by a day of outdoor games culminating in an outdoor water balloon war with students and teachers alike.
This is Isla, she’s 19 months old and dictates most of what we are able to do right now. Hence, she gets her own picture.
Where's your favorite place in the world?
Alaska. Our last trip to Alaska involved staying at Eagle River, AK on the side of a mountain. I enjoyed waking up each day at 5am (it was light out), grabbing coffee, and sitting in a hoodie and jeans on the back deck enjoying the breathtaking views miles away of all of natures wonders. Mountains, large bodies of water, and the crispest air I’ve every inhaled.
Who would you most like to swap places with for a day?
My wife – I’d like to see our crazy house of 7 people, a service dog, and a gecko from her perspective. Best I can tell we live in the same 1,300 square foot space and have a completely different lived experience of it.
What was the best concert you ever attended?
Coldplay 2003 – Epic show at Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY.
What's the last book you read?
He Leadeth Me by Walter J Ciszek S.J. – Story of a Priest kidnapped by the Soviet Union during World War II and spent 23 years in Soviet Prisons and Work Camps. Incredible story about how his faith lead him through incredibly difficult circumstances in these prisons. He viewed his work as an act of love toward God and in doing so, was able to lead a lot of his fellow prisoners to faith. Awesome story!
