Hanging out with my two year old nephew Sean. I think he’s pointing out one of his favorite things in the world—trucks!

My 7th half-marathon of 2019! Running is a huge way for me to challenge myself and try to beat my personal best.

My parents and my 2 siblings! All of them play an incredibly important role in my life.

This photo was taken with my girlfriend Emily at our apartment rooftop in Bozeman, MT over the 4th of July.

What's the craziest thing you've ever done?

Backpacking 200 miles across Spain over 16 days with nothing but the pack of clothes and 15 classmates from Virginia Tech. This was part of the “Camino de Santiago” and I received my “compostela” certificate of completion.

If you could visit anywhere in the world you've never been, where would you go?

I would really enjoy a whirlwind tour of Asia. My father traveled all over South Korea, China, Thailand, and Japan during his working career and he loved it! I would love to experience all that the culture has to offer. Plus the food!

What are you passionate about?

I’m passionate about fitness and long distance running. A little over a year ago I started doing HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes every week and running half-marathons on the weekends. It was a great way to challenge myself and lose a lot of weight in the process!

What are you currently watching on Netflix?

“Mindhunter” and “Parks and Recreation”
